Translation: Notice to the discontented people of the ¨Hormiguera¨ / According to what I have been informed, the dissatisfied people of the Hormiguera want to leave, with which I am very satisfied. But, I have also been told that the same malcontents want to disturb the peaceful and industrious men who wish to continue their jobs, if it is true, they will be committed to me, and then a special authority to punish them. / It is very well known that in this country there are many rich and patriotic merchants ready to employ the lazy and discontented, paying them in cash, and also selling their effects very cheaply – for the love of God – no more. / I ask the discontented, then, to do me the favor of seeking employment with these very generous and [illegible] merchants / and thank / To S.
